This is a Third Series Sport Model, made in 1974. It remains in excellent original condition, almost like new. I have stripped and cleaned this pistol, like all others. I ran a box of ammo through it at the range. It functions perfectly and shoots quite well.

This pistol doesn't really show any holster wear. There is a very slight ding on the left side of the barrel on its outer radius. This blemish looks much worse in the photos than it does in hand. It's hard to find any other marks on this pistol at all. The pistol has a beautiful set of original walnut grips that are almost flawless. The bore is perfect; just like new.

This pistol comes in what I believe is its original Colt box, which is unmarked (has no label). It's the box with styrofoam interior and cardboard outer cover.
